Ian is the owner and founder of Rentech. He started the business in 2007 in a smaller unit but quickly out grew it and moved into the currant unit in 2009. Ian started his career at Brain Whitesides renault where he completed his apprenticeship. He then spent a couple of year working in a village garage gaining experience on all makes and models before returning to Renault. The next 14 years were spent at Renault New Milton where he became a RTE Master Technician. This training enables Ian to diagnose most technical faults to the highest level.

Neil started his career in Brighton working in a small independent garage gaining experience on all makes and models. He later moved to Dorset where he continued his career with a local Bosch car service garage where he worked his way up to workshop controller. He came to the Rentech team in 2013. While being with us he has completed the Bosch Diagnostic level courses.

Darren has been the the motor trade for many years. He first started and completed his apprenticeship at Mercedes. He then continued his career with Renault New Milton where he worked his way up to service manager. Darren Has been with Rentech for over 9 years and is a very valued member of the team.

Jay has been with Rentech Since 2014. He has completed his apprenticeship at to the highest standard with paragon. He is a very value member of the team.
